Entertainment-lawyer-turned-restaurateur Michael Holstein and Executive Chef Wade Hoo Fatt (formerly of Todd Gray’s Watershed) are bringing the ‘burbs a dining experience that some think only exists inside the Beltway.

To top it off, veteran mixologist Matt Allred (formerly of Bourbon Steak, The Bombay Club and Brasserie Beck) offers 40+ craft cocktails that may have you reconsidering your zip code.

In an area where the last exciting thing was the opening of the ICC, Quench was just named Favorite New Restaurant by the Restaurant Association of Maryland.

Quench offers Marylanders the thrill of creative fare and cocktails without having to trek to the District.  An American menu of salads, sandwiches, seafood and prime meats, plus gluten-free and vegetarian options dare you, just dare you to exit 270.
