Owned by Costa Rica native Eduardo Bocock and Guatemalan Harold Chacon, White Apron has been focused on gourmet quality and precision since they opened their doors in January. Both classically French-trained chefs, Bocock and Chacon strive to take a mountain of flavor and pack it into a portable baguette while offering 4-star service in a fast, casual environment!
Many of their sandwiches are based off of their worldly travels and feature inspiration from a certain locale like Capri or Genoa. The stand-outs are their homemade sauces, made in-house daily. After trying the Argentine pesto, I nearly face-planted it but realized a business suit wasn’t right for that kind of activity. The sauces, fresh meats and crisp vegetables distinguish these sandwiches as something more than your typical hand-held meal. See the menu here.
Additionally, White Apron makes homemade soups daily and serves sides like cucumber feta salad along with sweet treats that rotate weekly. They also offer free sparkling water and multiple TVs to catch up on news/sports/the royal baby during your lunch hour.
