Marvin Greets Fall with Enthusiasm

Autumn is here with pumpkin, butternut squash, and apples being featured as the stars of most menus around the city. Yet, a variety of choices and delivery of execution are just as important. Executive Chef Angel Franco replicates classics such as the Fried Chicken and Waffles, but steps up to showcase his talent with dishes such as the Blackened Scallops with Kale and each one of the three desserts on the menu.
