Head to both Hank’s Oyster Bar locations for the fourth annual Hank’s Oyster Fest on Saturday, April 16, 2011 from 11 am – 3 pm.
Feast on a variety of featured oysters (all you can eat!), wash them down with a selection of premiere beers, including Troegs, Allagash, and Brooklyn Brewery.
Freshly shucked oysters, showcased on this special day, include local East Coasters such as Dragon Creek, Rappahannock and Samuels & Sons Seafood Co., and West Coasters such as the delicious Taylor Shellfish and Hama Hama from Ron Forino of United Export Service.
Hank’s Oyster Bar will donate 5% of the total sales to Women Chefs and Restaurateurs (WCR), which Chef Jamie Leeds serves as president.
During the Hank’s Oyster Fest, enjoy all-you-can-eat fare including fried oysters, bbq’ed oysters and tasty onion rings and French fries. Tickets are required at $75 per person and will be available at both Hank’s Oyster Bar locations.
