New Menu at Poste

n September, Chef Dennis Marron (formerly of Grille at Morrison House and Jackson 20) unveiled a rich and complex menu at Poste that is reminiscent of brasseries in Paris.

Expect buttery, sous vide pork, vegetable crepes, platters of fresh, glistening seafood and beautiful desserts for every palate.

Some highlights include braised pork cheeks with brown sugar bacon, which is perfect if you have a sweet tooth, and tender mussels steamed in chorizo and tomato broth.

Consider this a picture menu.  I just love those, don’t you?
