30-Second Garlic Cilantro Sauce

This is one of my favorite sauces to put on everything.  If you love the taste of fresh garlic and long-term isolation, you’ll love putting this super-easy sauce on pasta, rotisserie chicken, grilled vegetables and uncooperative Mahayana Buddhists.

You can make this sauce in the time it takes to send a text to Robert Pattinson!

30-Second Garlic Cilantro Sauce

  • 3-4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 tsp coarse salt
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 cup virgin Spanish olive oil
  • 4-5 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (to taste)

Combine everything in a food processor and blend until smooth.  The consistency will be thick and soupy.  Store in refrigerator or freezer for future use.  Makes ½ cup.
